If you have ever placed an order or needed help with your theater lift, chances are you have spoken with Anthony in Customer Service. While we know he works hard all the time, it is always a treat to get feedback from a customer.

In these days and times it's not often that you experience customer support that not only meets your expectations but far and away exceeds it.

My recent experience with your customer support group and Anthony Martinez was outstanding. He absolutely covered all of my concerns and followed through with everything he promised.
